Erin Leigh Schmoyer

Erin Leigh is an NYC-based actress/comedienne/voice-over artist, originally from Mountaintop, PA. Post graduation from Sarah Lawrence College and the British American Drama Academy, she has performed at over a dozen NYC theatres, originating characters in many new works and also reviving lovable gals like "Flossie" in From Rags to Riches and "Frenchy" in Grease.  As a proud member of Animus Theatre Company, she has played "Florence" in Dutch Heart of Man (Cherry Lane Theatre), "Gena" in Bachelorette and "Rhonda Louise" in Women of Manhattan (both Circle in the Square Theatre). She is an award-winning and critically-acclaimed co-writer/co-star of Ye Elizabeths, a  multi-media musical-comedy about historical re-enactors, voted #4 on Broadway World's "Top 10 Theatre Experiences of 2012". Erin Leigh/her voice will be featured on upcoming television series for The National Geographic Channel and Disney Jr.  You can also catch her joking regularly with improv company, ComedySportz NYC.
